Ms Hill is the connsumate professional. She learned quickly what we liked and did not like, and converted that information to selected properties to view. We were not intending to buy a home on SGI when we were vactioning on the Island for the first tme. We did not even notice which realtor office we walked into while checking out the SGI Lighthouse. The sign outside said "Agent on duty", so we stopped by in late afternoon. We had a lovely chat with Rick who was going out of town that even, but who took the time to get our information, show us a house, then fix us up with Chastity before he left. Very responsive. Once Chastity found us the house we purchased, she was meticulous in her attention to the details of the offer and negotiation. She clearly has the respect of her competition; they all responded through her quickly to our questions. Chastity went above and beyond in responsiveness and candor. I have already recommended Chastity/Collins Realty to others.
