All issues by buyer and seller were quickly addressed with suggestions and advice by Tom and Jo Ann Jacobs. Handyman services, water well issues and minor home repairs completed quickly and satisfactorally to move home sale closing up ahead of schedule to appreciation of both buyer and seller. Home for sale was priced right by Tom Jacobs and resulted in full price sale. Very satisfied.
