Chaz and Kayla were patience and extremely knowledgeable from the very beginning. We kept tossing around the idea of buying our own home but couldn't decide when the right time would be. After chatting with Chaz and Kayla we decided we would buy this year when our current lease was up. We were nervous about not knowing as much as we could with everything that goes into buying a home. But they explained everything to us and let us ask any questions. We felt so comfortable and safe in their hands for this entire process. We really appreciate they didn't let us just settle on any house either. They truly took the time to get to know us and our wants and needs for our future home. That showed they really do care. At first we tried to be easy clients mostly because we were trying to be money savvy maybe with being open minded to anything and everything. But thankfully Chaz and Kayla got down to our core to learn what we both really wanted out of our home and where we actually would prefer to live. Throughout the process they were fighting for us, encouraging us, and most of all kept us all looking ahead and staying on the positive side of things. At first it was a bit discouraging when our first few offers were not accepted but Chaz and Kayla just simply told us it wasn't our house, so it was meant to be. We felt like a team with them which is such a great feeling! The entire process was so smooth and easy, which we would have never have thought of for home buying. This has truly been a whirlwind experience, we still can't believe we have our first home together and we couldn't be more happier! We are grateful they were with us during this big milestone in our lives. Next we are hoping to find some great rental properties and we can't wait to use Chaz and Kayla again in the future. I was thoroughly impressed by my experience working with Your Phoenix Agent. Chaz set the standard very high for what I have come to expect when working with an agent. He helped every step of the way, this was my first time buying a home and I really had no idea what I was doing. Chaz went through the process with me and helped me figure out what exactly I was looking for. We started our home buying process about two years before we actually purchased a home. We let Chaz Fertal know from the beginning that we were just testing the waters and were still working on improving credit scores. He was completely okay with it and we met up for an interview to make sure that he was the realtor for us. We discussed what we were looking for, the area we were looing at, and what we were willing to compromise in. He set us up on the listing emails and we started from there.

We started looking at houses here and there so he can get a visual idea and a feel of what we like. He eventually started to get to know our taste, the floor plans we liked and didn't like so we can stay away from them. This was a huge help because both myself and my boyfriend work full time and this saved us time. Chaz never bugged us to go look at homes that we were not interested in and make us feel like we were just another client that he wanted to get rid of. Chaz always answered the phone and showed up when we needed him. If he was out of town he made sure that he gave us contact information on someone who was covering for him and would be able to assist us.Two years later some turned down offers and a lot of patience on his end we found a home we liked. We put the offer in and he went above and beyond to make sure inspection and closing went well. We were quoted over $8000 in closing costs and ended up paying around $1500. He was there through the whole process and kept in constant communication of what was going on and where we were in the process.

With the lease at our previous residence coming to an end, we were undecided about whether we wanted to continue renting or explore the option of buying. We came to Chaz with very little knowledge of the process (we were overwhelmed by the whole thing) but we figured it couldn't hurt to find out what it would take to get there. From the first discussion, Chaz explained everything thoroughly and helped us determine that buying was a realistic option. We were fortunate that the third property we toured ended up being our perfect home, which is a testament to Chaz knowing exactly what it was we were looking for and, once we found it, he was there to guide us every step of the way. We have now been in our house for two months and couldn't be happier.

Chaz was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions (and there were a lot of questions, haha) Every thing was done promptly and spelled out easily. I am happy with my purchase price, but even happier that Chaz was able to negotiate a huge seller credit! Chaz is an amazing Realtor. I made sure he understood what I was looking for, kept in contact me at all times. He answered all my questions clearly and made me very comfortable that he was working hard for me.

Chaz went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable the entire time. He made sure I knew everything about the house buying process and made me go look at houses in all areas so I could get a better feel for what I was doing. Chaz Fertal helped us through the process of buying our daughter's townhouse. This is the second property he has helped us with. Chaz is very in tune with our needs and requirements, very knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. Throughout the process we felt Chaz knew what was going on at all times. During the closing process we were very confident the numbers would be right and we didn't miss any deadlines and actually closed in record time! Like the first time Chaz helped us, he went above and beyond! We highly recommend Chaz!

When the potential buyers' appraiser submitted the appraisal, the underwriter did not accept the appraisal. Chaz worked with the buyers' agent and resolved the issue, allowing us to get our full price offer.

He sold our house in 2 days...need I say more :) Additionally, Chaz was more than just 'Your (OUR) Phx Agent.' He also was 'Our Phx Packer' and 'Our Phx Mover.'
