Chaz and Kayla were referred to us by a friend and from the start they did a great job listening to our wants and setting out to find the right neighborhoods for us to start looking in for our new house. They were very patient with us until we found the place we liked and aggressively helped us to go after it and get it. On the selling side Kayla made great recommendations on getting our house ready to sell and Chaz helped us get the price right. We had multiple offers in the first week. When the buyers appraisal came back with major discrepancies and a low appraisal cost they immediately jumped into the appeal process and fought for us to get the right appraisal cost for our house. They were responsive and overall great to work with.
