Hi there, we are Chaz and Kayla, a husband and wife real estate team who specializes in the Phoenix metro area. We have over 23 of years experience in the field and are passionate about what we do. We have also used real estate as our investment vehicle; we now own two multi-family properties and love sharing how we got here.

Chaz is awesome to work with, patient, understanding, and over all a good person. We were offer many realtors but we decided to stay with Chaz because he became our friend. And someone we can truly count on. Chaz was always on time, if he didn't answer my phone call he would text me to let me know that he would call me back later. And he always did! I never had to go after him for answers. He always answered my questions promptly, and accurate. He's just Awesome!!!
