I explained to Chelsea exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a condo near the Cuyahoga Valley National Park twenty miles from the city (of Cleveland). I also didn't want to live in a giant complex. And I told her a view of water would be nice. I didn't think such a property existed. She found me a three-unit complex three minutes from Brecksville Reservation and 17 minutes from the city in a very short time. Now I live in paradise!
