Kim is a true professional. She knows houses, the market and most importantly, how to work closely and well with her clients. I was a seller and was impressed by how quickly and thoroughly she would reply, morning, noon, night or weekend. She cared about how the sale went and how we as sellers were doing during that period of many months--first getting the house ready, based on advice we solicited from Kim, then doing the listing itself (ah, decisions!), and the period of showing and negotiations.
