The challenge of selling one's home can be impacted greatly by your choice of realtors. After residing in the same home for 35 years, my sense of attachment to the house and the neighborhood required optimal realtor skills to insure a flawless transaction. Our list of potential local realtors was quickly reduced to 3. After interviewing all 3, Cheryl was selected as our preferred realtor on Nov 10, 2020 based upon her presentation, her knowledge, her sincerity, and her contagious enthusiasm. She arranged property photos, open houses, inspections, and the appraisal. The home was promptly sold and the closing was finalized on Dec 23 (6 weeks!). Her performance deserves rave reviews.
