Cicile McDaniel is a fantastic realtor. I am so happy I chose to work with her to buy a home. Cicile's expertise helped me navigate a very difficult and competitive seller's market of 2022, with historic lows of housing inventory. This meant that homes were sometimes going under contract for sale the very same day they were put on the market for sale, including a few houses that I loved. The low inventory also meant we had to be patient to find homes that fit my family's criteria, and move very fast when we found good homes. Cicile is patient, knowledgeable, professional and smart. Cicile was also very responsive. She made it a point to always communicate promptly and explain everything thoroughly.
