For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $465,000 in Fulton County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $465,260 in May.
Chattahoochee Hills had 14 new listings and 5 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 61—up 8.93% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
Of those 61 active listings, 16.39% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Chattahoochee Hills grew 23.15% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $984,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
