From my very first conversation with Judith, I knew within a matter of minutes that I wanted her to be my realtor because she was interested in our entire family dynamics, what I needed and she really listened attentivly. “I was in the process of relocating to the Peachtree City area (Newnan, GA) from out of state. Not having a referral for an agent at the time, I just so happened to come across Denise Clements and her team online. Upon reaching out to them, I was promptly contacted by agent Carley Horton. With a short timeline in which to work with, Carley and I discussed my interests and which areas might be a good fit. The agency provided several good leads and provided a good knowledge of different areas that enabled me to have a good idea of my options. From early on, I felt Carley and her team were interested in not just selling me a house but they were also sensitive to areas, neighborhoods and things to consider beyond the walls of the structure and how well it might meet my needs based on how described to them what I was looking for. Following a few weeks and upon my first and only visit to the area, I arrived to their office and they were SO prepared. They were ready for me and I was so impressed. We had planned 2 days of site visits covering a list of approximately 25 homes. They had print outs on 17 properties for the first day alone (2 copies, one for them and another for me). Everything was in the order and all stops on the route had been scheduled. I spent that day and the next in the incredible hands of Anita. Though I had never met them until that first day, only a few phone conversations and email exchanges, I felt like I had an incredible support system before I even got to the area. My goal was to have an offer on a property before leaving town on my 3rd day and with their help, that became a reality.
