Jessica was very understanding in a very difficult time. Very polite and I never felt like I was inconveniencing her. She always got back to me night or day or on holidays. She was very hard working. We really appreciated her.

Jessica (and Clayton) were amazing to work with in getting our first home. She took the time to find out what was important to us and was always quick in responding to any questions. She made the home buying process a pleasure!

I highly recommend for first time buyers.

I highly recommend Clayton McNally and Lucas Kelln after asking them to sell our income property. With a new baby, we did not have any extra time or energy. Clay and Lucas took care of everything from smallest task to the biggest issue. We had confidence in their ability to sell our house for a great price and could rest knowing that the real estate deal was in good hands. We were very pleased with the result and the seemlessness at which everything moved throughout the entire process.

Everything was taken care of by Clay and Lucas. They consulted us on a variety of things but overall they handled it all so we did not have to worry about anything. Advertising was great. We had interested buyers right away. Viewings were done in a timely manner. Everything was set up to sell the house for the highest price as quickly as possible. It worked out wonderfully.

Clay and Lucas were very accessible. They took our phone calls immediately and responded to emails within minutes. We felt very respected and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Their knowledge and expertise was invaluable in selling our income property.

Jessica Hamel was absolutely awesome! She really understood what we were looking for in a house. She was really great to work with and was very flexible with scheduling (as our schedules were pretty hectic) she managed it perfectly. She gave awesome advice and set us up with an awesome mortgage broker and inspector which was super important to us! Would 10/10 work with her again

We were thinking of moving from our condo to a house for quite awhile and knew Jessica and Clayton could help us as we had a wonderful experience with them when we bought our condo! I got some seeds in the mail from Jessica and thought..... how did she know we were getting serious? I called and made an appointment and the rest is history! It all happened so fast I still can't believe it!

My condo wasn't even live on the market and we had a showing! By 830 that evening it was sold. Then we seriously started looking for a house and 2 weeks later this house which we bought had buyers that their financing fell through! We got lucky as everything we wanted to see was sold within hours.... including this one! Jessica and Clayton went above and beyond for us as there was an electrical problem that arose from our inspection and they had it taken care of .

Their whole team from them, to the home inspector, the mortgage broker and the lawyer were all very easy to work with and we were kept in the loop the whole process.

They have put together a fantastic team!! We are very lucky to have dealt with them all!

Clayton McNally was exceptional. I have never looked at or purchased a condo in the past. He took the time to figure out what was important to me. If, while I was looking, I missed checking something important, he reminded me.

Clayton was very patient with me.
He totally showed other qualities I believe are required in a realtor......understanding, respectful, terrific communication skills, organized, and many more positives!
With those skills and qualities, I'm certain he would be great working with a seller as well.

I would, in a heartbeat, recommend Clayton McNally to anyone whether a buyer or seller.
