We were thinking of moving from our condo to a house for quite awhile and knew Jessica and Clayton could help us as we had a wonderful experience with them when we bought our condo! I got some seeds in the mail from Jessica and thought..... how did she know we were getting serious? I called and made an appointment and the rest is history! It all happened so fast I still can't believe it!

My condo wasn't even live on the market and we had a showing! By 830 that evening it was sold. Then we seriously started looking for a house and 2 weeks later this house which we bought had buyers that their financing fell through! We got lucky as everything we wanted to see was sold within hours.... including this one! Jessica and Clayton went above and beyond for us as there was an electrical problem that arose from our inspection and they had it taken care of .

Their whole team from them, to the home inspector, the mortgage broker and the lawyer were all very easy to work with and we were kept in the loop the whole process.

They have put together a fantastic team!! We are very lucky to have dealt with them all!

Clayton McNally was exceptional. I have never looked at or purchased a condo in the past. He took the time to figure out what was important to me. If, while I was looking, I missed checking something important, he reminded me.

Clayton was very patient with me.
He totally showed other qualities I believe are required in a realtor......understanding, respectful, terrific communication skills, organized, and many more positives!
With those skills and qualities, I'm certain he would be great working with a seller as well.

I was very impressed working with Jessica Hamel. She went above and beyond getting us showings promptly. Any questions or concerns we had during the buying process she would get the answers we needed in a extremely quick timeline. She always fit us into her schedule for veiwings etc. The welcome gifts was very appreciated and very thoughtful and awesome. We really appreciated it.
