We were looking to be able to see a property, and Clayton answered the phone, and made contact with Jessica to make the appointments for the next day. She showed us three condos, one of which I liked, and she seemed to understand my interests. She was well able to walk me through the process, and take good care of all that needed to be done.

We truly enjoyed Jessica's management in regards to selling our house and purchasing of another property! We would highly recommend Jessica and Clayton to others who are looking for a real estate agents! Professional, personable and understood our needs!

Jessica was amazing when it came to writing up the contracts! Her attention to detail saved us on a few things. There were so many extra pieces to handle with an out of province buyer, but she was constantly on top of everything and everyone. I cannot praise her enough!!

Jessica's patience and professionalism through the different offers was outstanding! Because of her brilliant attitude and hard work, an endeavour that initially seemed so daunting and overwhelming became a fun adventure. We could not have asked for a better guide on this journey! From advice on what to look for in lawyers and inspectors, to how to deal with mortgage brokers and the standards for timelines. She was never ever pushy and honestly listened to our needs. Buying long distance can be difficult but she made it easy.
