We are relocating to Saskatoon from B.C. and only had a couple of days to view property. Jessica became our eyes after we left to investigate properties not seen by us on our initial visit. She found what we wanted, took pictures and videos to reinforce the presentation from developer. This was a very good experience.

Would definitely recommend Clayton to all of our friends in the future.....Thank you.

Working with Jessica and Clayton was amazing. We are moving from Regina so having to drive back and forth from Saskatoon a lot is/was not really an option. Jessica was so prompt on booking showings for the list of houses (which was a lot in a very short period of time) that we wanted to look at, prompt at letting us know if any were no longer available and suggesting other locations to look. Her knowledge of the city is excellent. We told her exactly what we wanted and she was honest about all the locations we were seeing and provided great ideas and suggestions. They were also so patient with us and our schedules and answered all questions so promptly.

We most definitely would refer Jessica and Clayton to anyone looking for houses in Saskatoon, because they were just such a pleasure to work with.

Jessica is AMAZING - I have met countless agents over the years and she is far and away the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We started looking for a house a few years ago. We had a lot of hopes and dreams and Clayton was excited to help us along and even made the process fun no matter how many houses we made him go see! He's extremely knowledgeable and always had our best interest at heart. The service we received from him and the fun we had along the way is something we'll always appreciate. I had to sell my Mothers house, because she had to be moved into a care home and Jessica made it much easier for me to sell my childhood home. Jessica Hamel was recommended to me, and I have no regrets! Both Jessica and Clayton were very enthusiastic about selling my Mother's house and provided me with great information about the market, and what I could get from the sale of the house. Clayton did a wonderful job on the pictures, and Jessica did a wonderful job on the description. In all aspects of dealing with Jessica, her professionalizm was outstanding! The house sold much faster than I anticipated, and even when there was a little hiccup near the end, Jessica was very understanding and helped me through it. I would highly recommend Jessica and Clayton for your real estate needs!

Jessica helped me buy my first house, and I can't imagine doing it with anyone else. She was so helpful and friendly - I felt so comfortable with her right away. Jessica did an excellent job of explaining everything, giving me advice, and showing me what to look out for when looking at a property. She patiently put up with me looking at many properties over a long period of time, and she never made me feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience to look at more houses. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking for a real estate agent!

Clay was super quick to respond and set up any viewing. He made the whole process of purchasing a house for the first time super simple and very fun!!

Consider it a standing ovation.

We selected Jessica off a well placed listing sign. From the first meeting we found her to be very helpful, understanding of our wants and was considerate of our age.

We found her very helpful, we feel she went above and beyond in all aspects of the the sale. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

Additionally Clayton was very helpful in sending us other comparable area listings.

If Remax is hiring more Real Estate agents, we highly recommend you hire personnel with Jessica’s qualities.
