We enjoyed and happy to work with Jessica helping us to purchase our first home in Canada. It was a wonderful experience going house hunting with Jessica. She never cancel any set up appointments and always on time with her beautiful smile as always. She continuously has best approach to explaining things in details giving us tips and ideas that help us though our search for the house. Clayton walk us through home inspection results in detail from roof to bottom explaining things in details. We met him that day and we felt like we had known him for years.

We looked at acreages all summer trying to find the perfect
property, and we did thanks to Trusted Realty always making
sure every property that met our home buying criteria was sent
to us to consider viewing. They got us in to view the home the
day it hit the market, and got us the possession day we needed!
They set us up with amazing inspectors and a lawyer making
sure every aspect of the deal went smoothly! On top of all that
amazing service they got us $30,000 off the asking price!

Clayton and Jessica were both very perfessional real estate agents. The sale of Our home couldn’t have gone easier. They were both very knowledgeable and both very kind. They explained everything in ways that we could understand and were very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions or concerns. They always looked out for our best interest when it came to selling our house. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family and they are a great asset to have! Jessica you and Clayton just drew me in from the moment I met you. You were there when I needed you and I trusted you in my home. You always gave me productive feed back and I so appreciated that . You always talked to me never down to me which impressed me a lot. I would use you again in a minute even though I am sure I drove you crazy at times lol.
