My name is Coleman, and I've been an agent for the last six years. During that time, I've handled over $21 million in total volume. I also hold a General Contractor's license and own and operate a property management company here in Southern Idaho. One thing that helps me stand out from other agents is my knowledge of the investment and construction sides of real estate, both of which can be very helpful when buying or selling a home. Another thing I love to do is throw housewarming parties for my clients. Instead of the traditional bottle of alcohol or wine with a cutting board at closings, I offer my clients the chance to have me pay to cater a housewarming party, allowing them to invite up to 50 guests to celebrate their new home.
