Val was always available to answer our questions, and always accommodated us with requested house showings to meet our schedule. Kept us informed on a regular basis of what was available, and called to check up on the progress of selling our house. Even went above and beyond in taking updated pictures of our new homes progress weekly. Gave us a listing of our new neighbors,and told them to expect us. Flowers and goodies were on the table the day we arrived. We highly recommend Val as an excellent realtor to work with.
