Ratings & Reviews
Corey was our guy for 2.5 years as we were looking and viewing places in Sherwood Park. Prompt to respond to inquires and requests for info on properties and viewings. Thanks Corey for your patience and guidance on our long quest.
Agent Pronto was fast, efficient and effective in getting me connected with an excellent realtor.
Corey’s experience as a realtor is extensive, he’s honest, picks up calls at all times, answered all my questions, was very patient, good at negotiating, got us a great deal on the house, did the walkthroughs with us pointing out stuff I didn’t see. The key handover day was epic red carpet and all! I recommend him any day.
Corey is absolutely wonderful to work with. He was more than helpful in selling Mom's house when she needed to go into a nursing home. Corey took the stress out of selling a house at a difficult time. Even not living in the area was no problem for Corey. He keep us informed at all time through phone calls, text, and even signing papers online. Corey was always easy to reach and answer any questions. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in. He's a tough negotiator with a personal touch and a sense of humour. Corey went over and above to get Mom's house sold in a timely fashion. You can't go wrong with Corey as a realtor.
Corey came recommended to us both professionally and personally from a close and trusted friend. Corey did not disappoint, and was everything we were hoping for in a realtor. We started selling our home shortly after COVID was peaking in Canada (May 2021), and Corey in a relatively uncertain time was able to evaluate the fair value of our property, provide good recommendations as to thing we could do to increase value and interest in a short time for minimal effort. Corey’s great personality came out in spades in a wonderful YouTube video showcasing our home (HGTV like), and within the first four days listed in COVID we had 13 showings, and a sale. Prior to possession, Corey continued with professionalism throughout the transition period with advice on next steps, and even personally helping out at times we needed it, & wowed us through and through. I would 100% use Corey again in the future, and would gladly recommend him to others in a heart beat!
