Ian Elliot is very professional and yet laid back. ( Not pushy, Very personable & Under standing of you wants and needs ) Anything we wanted to look at it wasn't a issue. With us living out of province, Ian was willing to go look at the places that we were interested in with us on video chat so we could have a virtual walkthrough while giving his professional opinions.
