Dan and his team are great!! I would 100% recommend them. They took the time to listen to us and really understand we were looking for a forever home, not just a for now home. When we finally found "the one" Dan and Mike made sure we had first showing and offer on it. Being first time home buyers was an experience, but you made it easy. Thank you for always being available even on a plane coming home from your vacation when we had issues come up. Dan and Mike you guys are family now, always welcome to stop by. Dan was the most understanding of what I was looking for. He also took into consideration that I was a widow and living alone and for my safety.
Dan also was understanding and did everything to keep me on budget.
His sweet kind manner and gentleness was so awesome. He even put up with my adult children asking questions and their concerns as well.

The first time I talked to Dan the first ? He asked us what do we want in a house and what are we looking for and where. That meant alot to us and when I told him we are big into family he understood what we wanted..At first we wanted to stay in Lexington ohio and as we looked Dan didnt disappoint us..The houses where getting better but the journey to find the right house wasnt happen and we made a offer on one house didnt get it and was disappointed. Dan was amazing and met every need for us, he was always available to answer and question or concern right away! Dan went out of his way to find us the house that was perfect for us. We really wanted a nice backyard for our dogs and he made sure that's exactly what we got. I recommend Dan to the highest extent, he is nice, knows what he is doing, and easy to communicate with.

Dan was absolutely amazing! I stopped working with my first realtor because I felt she didn't take the time to truly understand my needs. When I met Dan I knew right off that he was going to be great and I was right.
Any questions I had, he was there to answer or find the answer for me. He is extremely knowledgeable and respectful.

I was set on buying a house in 2023 and so many realtors told me it was not possible and that they wouldn't soend the time to work with me. Then Dan came along and said it was absolutely possible and that we were going to make it happen... And that is exactly what we did we made it happen!!
