At the same time, homes sold have dropped nearly 32 percent compared with last year, even as new listings and pending sales are both higher than a year ago.
Days on market highlight how much the tempo has shifted in Lexington. The median home now spends about 59 days on the market, up dramatically from single-digit days during much of 2024, and only about 7 percent of homes are selling above list price.
