Dan was great to work with from the start. He has great communication and was always quick to find an answer. He took me a video tour of our property of interest as we lived 2000+ miles away. I originally found the house on Zillow and I was connected with Dan from there. Due to his professionalism, courtesy, and friendly demeanor, I wanted to keep working with him.

Dan was a life saver in this whole process. He was able to explain everything to me in a way I understood and when he didn't have an answer to a question, he made sure he found out and got back to me quickly. These moments were very few, by the way. He knows what he's talking about and I was very comfortable following any advice he gave me.

I'm not scoring everything high to get through the survey faster. He really did hit all of these points and it would feel wrong to give him anything less than an excellent rating in all categories. He has a wonderful combination of being professional, personable, and genuine.
