Danielle Chapman was very polite, courteous, and friendly. While each of those traits were important, her professionalism, knowledge, and ability to achieve results were more important. She delivered a full price offer on the second or third day after the exclusive right to sell contract was signed. While getting a quick full price offer sounds great, it could mean the asking price was too low. But the asking price for my home was reasonably higher than other similar homes actually sold for in the area. My experience with Danielle has led me to believe she is the total complete real estate marketing professional.

I can't say enough good things about Danielle, she is amazing to work with and has the patience of a saint! We had no idea what we wanted and she showed us house after house with no hesitation. She is very responsive and even helped us in getting our financing taken care of. She really goes above and beyond and that is greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying!!
