Year-over-year, Dayton’s rolling three-month home values have dipped slightly, with the typical home value down about 1 to 2 percent. Median list prices show a similar small decline compared with a year ago, pointing to modest softening on the price side. At the same time, inventory has grown, with active listings up around 9 percent from last year, giving buyers more options than before.
