Compared with a year ago, Urbana’s rolling three-month home values have climbed, with the typical home value up about 7 percent. Listing prices are higher than last year as well, but by a smaller margin, showing that price growth has moderated even as values continue to trend upward.
Looking at activity, fewer homes are changing hands than a year earlier, with homes sold and pending sales both down year over year. At the same time, new listings have edged up, giving buyers a bit more choice than they had in the prior year.
