When my wife and I began the search for our new together home we were in no hurry, and we had a lot of boxes to check off. Danielle Lamphier was on it! She listened, she searched aggressively, and she showed us about a dozen homes, often dropping what she was doing to meet us on our time. When we finally found the “one” she acted quickly, put the offer together same day, and we had an acceptance in the morning. She guided us through our journey right to the closing. Danielle Lamphier helped my wife and I sell our East Mountain home in the Spring of 2024. We started fairly skeptical because we had bad tastes from Realtors in the past. However, Danielle was exceptional and carried the ball farther than we ever expected she would. She even gave an awful lot of her own time and resources to help us clean and stage our home. She went way far over what she needed to do to help us. Her market analysis surprised us and we ended up getting more than what we had expected. She even helped with a great deal of her own time (off the clock). She proved herself to be an asset to us. We are limited to 5 stars, but we would like to see her get 10 instead. She far outperformed any previous Realtors we had worked with (and that is at least 3 or 4 of them). We are pleased we chose to work with Danielle, and would encourage anyone else to do the same.
