January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $530,000—up 26.19% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, metro-level data pegged home values at $550,000 in the Santa Fe, NM metro area for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $544,250 in February.

Edgewood had 9 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in January, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 19—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in February.
