Eric was incredible as we navigated the entire real estate process. We were selling a house for the first time, as well as buying a new construction house. We planned to travel to Grand Rapids from the Detroit area to help our daughter buy a condo and read extremely positive reviews regarding Darrell. Based on additional research, we placed a call into Darrell and arranged to see several condos within the coming days. We immediately hit it off as he took all of our wants/needs into consideration and landed on one to potentially buy. He gave outstanding advice on an initial offer through his analysis and ended up with an awesome condo with a great view in River House. After the closing, he went above and beyond by responding to our request of providing potential contractors and vendors in the area that could assist with improvements prior to moving in. The overall experience culminated in us mutually wanting to connect when we are in the Grand Rapids area in the future.
