We used Jim to buy and sell. He was great to work with, understood our priorities, and communicated well. Despite being very busy, Jim was always quick to help us schedule last minute showings. He even bought a moisture detector to help us inspect a window seal before we closed. We would definitely work with Jim again!

Jim is one of the most knowledgeable people about Grand Rapids and everything happening in the surrounding area. He is an extremely genuine guy not just trying to make a quick dollar on real estate. He really cared about getting what is best for us and made the process so easy. He showed up at every step from the initial tour to the inspection to closing. Not only is he knowledgeable and caring but he is extremely charismatic and is just enjoyable to be around. Even if he has had a long day and its late on a Sunday he will show up with a smile on his face and make sure you are getting cared for. Really can't say enough good things about Jim and this entire process with him and his team.
