Olivia was a delight to work with. It was not an easy transaction and she remained extremely professional throughout a long and tedious negotiation. I marveled at the amount of time and energy she put forth trying to make the sale happen, as well as the amount of detail she provided us. She met inspectors, contractors, and maintenance people there for us whenever needed.
