The median listing price for homes in Murrells Inlet fell 23.72% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $342,500. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.

In October 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 126 days, compared to 177 days in October 2024.
