Inventory in Myrtle Beach has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 11 percent from a year ago to around 2,100 homes. New listings have also edged higher year over year, signaling steady homeowner interest in putting properties on the market. At the same time, months of supply is about 9.2, slightly lower than a year ago but still indicating plenty of options for buyers.

Sellers are still achieving an average sale-to-list ratio just under 96 percent, and only about 4 percent of homes are closing above list price, far below the levels seen a couple of years ago.
