The typical home value in Myrtle Beach is projected to be $263,000 for the month of December. November’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $255,000—down 3.77% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $332,240 in Horry County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $335,880 in December.

Myrtle Beach had 222 new listings and 175 listings that went under contract in November, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 1,415—up 0.57% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in December.

Of those 1,415 active listings, 18.23% reduced their price in the month of November. The median listing price for homes in Myrtle Beach fell 3.19% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $219,700. Based on projected data for December, listing prices may continue to fall.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year. In November 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 110 days, compared to 112 days in November 2024. In recent months the median number of days from listed to pending appears to be steady. That trend is predicted to have carried through to this December.
