Georgetown had 10 new listings and 15 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 57—down 16.18% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 57 active listings, 24.56% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Georgetown fell 32.13% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $309,840. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
