Darrin was hard to out up with. He talked constantly about things unrelated to the houses we looked at. He got upset when we didn't like a house.

Only thing he did that I enjoyed was he unlocked the doors.

Thier lending company sold our loan within a month of signing paperwork. Forced us to do a buy down and didn't listen to a single thing we said when we were discussing finances. All realtors I'm sure are the same way. Darrin and I just happened to cross paths

Darrin is awesome to work with. I could write about how knowledgeable, responsive to messages, etc he is, which is true...but I'd rather tell you that this dude works hard. REALLY HARD. For months we were looking at houses and he was right there the whole time. He legitimately cares and not just looking for a paycheck. I've never had a better experience with a realtor. If you want a realtor that actually works for you, get Darrin.

Darrin is an amazing realtor who really cares about his clients. There were a number of things that were outside of his control that happened with our property but Darrin made sure that he kept us informed and went above and beyond to make our deal happen.
