I have been negotiating and closing great deals for clients as an attorney and, since 2012, as a realtor on the Alabama Gulf Coast. I represent both buyers and sellers and have been recognized by my local peers as a Certified Resort Specialist, which signifies my exemplary knowledge, experience, and sales volume in beach homes and condos. My typical clients are from out of the area and are looking to invest in a second home for appreciation and enjoyment, and/or to generate rental income. We face some unique issues in the resort market, such as insurance, HOAs, property management, rental income, 1031 tax exchanges, and others. There is no other agent with my combination of legal and real estate success.
