He never tried to push me, always listened to me, and went out of his way to provide excellent prompt replies to all my questions. He's also local to central Texas, so he really knows his way around and what each area and even neighborhood has to offer or not offer. Highly recommend!

Dave and his team did an excellent job, start to finish. This includes navigating me through an offer from an unstable buyer, that ultimately fell through. His support team did a stellar job of keeping me updated following open houses and tours. I always felt informed and it was refreshing to have them proactively communicate vs. me having to constantly ask what was going on. Their photographer also did an excellent job on the pictures, specifically highlighting all the key attributes that helped the home sell.
