Dave was knowledgeable, outstanding, easy to connect with and responsive to my needs.

I however cannot stress enough the importance of a new buyer to deal with a local bank for financing. I would take it upon myself as an agent to encourage local business first and foremost. It can't always be about a quick pre-qual letter with the Rocket Mortgages of the world. You may gain momentum in the beginning stages, however, lose moment to get to the finish line leaving a path of frustration and inconvenience.
