I'm not sure I could have asked for a better selling experience than with the services Dave provided. He proved his market knowledge time and again from the time we listed until we were under contract. He flawlessly predicted what would happen at our initial asking price and subsequent price drops. He even went as far as saying he guaranteed a sale at the price we ended up selling at. It still felt like a high price to me. I was skeptical, but he was spot-on with his prediction! It seemed he always knew the answer to every question I had about the process and helped me keep my sanity through it all.
Once under contract I had a particularly painful closing, one where it was found at inspection that I did not have a functioning septic system. In order to keep closing on schedule I had to get a new septic system designed, permitted, and installed. Needless to say this was a very stressful time. It was imperative that we keep closing on schedule, as I was also closing on the purchase of my new home at the same time(Dave represented me for the purchase of the new home as well). Dave reassured me at every step and guided me on what needed to happen and when in order to stay on track. In the end we actually closed on the sale a day earlier than predicted!
I can't say enough good things about Dave. His positivity, friendliness, and confidence gave me peace of mind at times when the path forward wasn't so clear. I think we are in our "forever" home now(thanks for the help there, Dave!), but if we ever need to sell or are in the market for another property, Dave will be the first person I call. Thank you so much for everything, Dave!
Dave was very responsive to what we were looking for in a new home, as well as what it would take us to get there. We decided to put an offer in on a home prior to listing and selling ours, and Dave somehow made it all happen! Our home was on the market only 3 days before we accepted an offer for the amount we needed. Dave was very helpful in making sure our house was listed appropriately for our maximum benefit while moving the sale along quickly. Dave was in communication with the buying agent, lawyers and bankers to make it all seamless. Dave was the calm and reason behind and extremely stressful situation, and we are beyond happy with his service!

Dave went above and beyond to help us get into our new home. It was our first time buying and we had a million questions a long the way. And if be didn't have the answer he went and found one. He even helped us navigate through some challenging mortgage questions that we didn't understand. We would use him again no question about it.

I started out with a different buyers agent that didnt work out. Then David Kennison called and the first he said is let's get this done! He's motivated and he always stays in contact which is important to me. I have already recommended him to people I know. He made the process smooth, usually all I had to do was confirm and sign paperwork, he did all the heavy work. He made buying a house not such a headache.

We had dealt with Century 21 Farm and Forest when we first purchased our property back in 2003. We felt it would be a good fit for us because they advertised a great deal in the various real estate publications and covered a wide area.
Dave was very personable and professional. He was very easy to talk to and was very encouraging. He made it very easy corresponding by email and phone from CT to VT. He also was highly recommended by another real estate agent we had met many years ago and who is now retired.

Dave made a nightmarish process much easier and smoothed over unexpected delays, seller drama and even went so far as to paint a portion of the property during closing when the seller began flaking out about required costs to satisfy the Department of Veterans Affairs. While finding a home, he was extremely patient and professional, level headed and not afraid to tell me when he thought that some sellers were trying to take advantage or were asking too much. Consummately punctual and knowledgeable about local contractors and the needs of Veterans using VA loan entitlements.
He really worked hard for me and went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor.
