Dave Kennison always kept us in the loop. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner

We had dealt with Century 21 Farm and Forest when we first purchased our property back in 2003. We felt it would be a good fit for us because they advertised a great deal in the various real estate publications and covered a wide area.

Dave was very personable and professional. He was very easy to talk to and was very encouraging. He made it very easy corresponding by email and phone from CT to VT. He also was highly recommended by another real estate agent we had met many years ago and who is now retired.

Dave met with us when we were in VT for a weekend. He was very straight forward and enthusiastic about selling our property. He was very energetic and had an extremely positive attitude about being able to sell our property.

It was bittersweet for us since my husband and I originally purchased the property back in 2003, but since his death my son and I decided it was time to let it go. Dave was very compassionate and understood the difficult decision we were making.

We were very please with the outcome and Dave made it very easy for us by handling everything through email. He was very positive throughout the entire experience. My son and I would highly recommend Dave Kennison to anyone looking to sell or purchase property in the Northeast Kingdom.

We were first time home buyers with a VA loan. Dave Kennison was such a pleasure to work with. He made the process easy. He kept in great contact when ever we had questions. He was patient when we went to showings. Also he was honest and let us know if the VA would have a problem with something meeting there standards. Dave had a great personality and sense of humor. Thank you Dave so much for going through the process with us and finding our truly amazing home. We would definitely recommend Dave Kennison to anyone who is looking for an agent that is willing to take their time in order to make sure you are truly satisfied with your home before you buy it.

Dave made a nightmarish process much easier and smoothed over unexpected delays, seller drama and even went so far as to paint a portion of the property during closing when the seller began flaking out about required costs to satisfy the Department of Veterans Affairs. While finding a home, he was extremely patient and professional, level headed and not afraid to tell me when he thought that some sellers were trying to take advantage or were asking too much. Consummately punctual and knowledgeable about local contractors and the needs of Veterans using VA loan entitlements.

He really worked hard for me and went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor.

We had previously considered a different broker in the area and were dissatisfied with his comments of improvements and estimation of the property value. David Kennison was in line with our thoughts and concerns in selling our property.

David was very conscientious about keeping us up-to-date with all showings, as well as their results and feedback.

Mr. Kennison was fantastic to work with. He made the daunting task of purchasing my first home as simple as possible every step of the way. He was always quick to respond to the many questions that came up along the way, and if he didn't have the answer himself he would call experts in that area to get me the information that I needed. Dave was professional, courteous, and just an all around great guy to spend time with while you are searching for the perfect home. What I was looking for was somewhat out of the mainstream, and the great majority of the properties for sale simply did not come close to what I had in mind. Dave quickly understood this and helped me to zero in on those listing that would be of most interest to me. He is a very good listener, a strong advocate, and he worked hard for me. As much as I was pleased with Dave's performance, the hours we spent together were an equally positive experience... Dave is just a good guy to spend time with, and as it turned out, we spent a lot of time together until he found me the place that I purchased.
