BreAnn is an excellent professional and helped us buy our home in SC while we were still living in CA. She communicated regularly and kept us up to date on available properties, keeping in mind all of the "boxes" we needed checked for our perfect home. Though we were clear across the country, when we found a home online that looked good to us, she would arrange the viewing and walk the home for us, being our eyes, ears and nose while sharing via FaceTime.
