About John Bowen

My real estate career began in 1999 when I purchased a home from a production builder. I began to research the home buying process and realized that a lot of information had not been explained very well, which hindered my ability to make a well-informed choice. With this in mind, I set out to obtain my real estate license. I stepped out of the corporate world in 2001 and have been a full-time agent ever since.

Today, my business is 98% referral-based, meaning that nearly all of my new clients are recommended to me by satisfied past customers. I firmly believe that relationships are the heart of my job. I am committed to keeping in touch with my clients, whether by popping by to say hello, dropping off a tasty treat, or connecting them with vendors for home improvement projects.
