David smith was my main contact during the sell of my home. He first made a personal visit to me and the home and wanted to know my wants in the sell of my home and what he realistically thought what price we could get. He then gave me some good ideas how to get the best return on sale. Me and my wife were able to finance a new roof through his company and have it installed before the house was put on market to achieve highest return. When we received the selling offer all relevant contracts were sent promptly and i was reminded and guided on what i was signing.
