I could not possibly recommend Diana more strongly. First and foremost, she really took the time to understand my husband's and my lifestyle and priorities. She took us to see all of the houses that we were interested in and also brought other great options to our attention that suited our lifestyle. She was very quick to point out any issues with homes (flood zones, old AC units, no gutters, etc). She was always respectful of our budget with her recommendations and when helping us negotiate. As first time home buyers, we had tons of questions and she was always happy to explain everything and to support us through the closing process. My family warned me that realtors can often be a little pushy which is something I never experienced in the least with Diana. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the home and the neighborhood that we are moving into and really owe it in great deal to Diana's knowledge, professionalism and patience.

Diana spent a number of visits showing me the newest home developements in the Lafayette area. We were able to see new homes for sale in detail. She contacted a number of builders to discuss possibly building a new custom home. The meetings were very helpful to get a realistic view of what a custom home would cost to meet my goals.All experiences wit Diana were very productive and informative. There were no questions that were not answered and all requested information was made available.
