I would give a LOT MORE rating stars for Diane if I could! We met Diane through Zillow and it was amazing luck of the draw, as I am very thankful we had the absolute pleasure of working with her. From our first contact and throughout the whole process, Diane was amazing! She priced and sold our house perfectly and I don't think anyone could have done better. She was so responsive, friendly, professional, and I feel we did make a friend, as that is how we were treated, extremely well! She also found us a beautiful new home, negotiated like a pro, and we love our new house and feel we really lucked out! Wow! Can't say enough good things! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was a little worried about using Fathom Reality because they charge less than the traditional real estate companies. I could have NOT have been more wrong! Diane is amazing. Not only does she really know the market, she will work her tail off for you. She goes above and beyond! I would use her again and again. Diane is the most wonderful person to work with. She is great at keeping a deal together. She also great at negotiation. Call her, you will not be disappointed.!
