Years of Experience: I have 3-4 years of real estate experience, although I have been raised around real estate all my life. My parents were "flippers": my mother was the real estate agent, and my father was the general contractor who handled the actual rehabilitation. Naturally, I have developed an interest in the investment side of real estate.

I have been wholesaling properties in the Atlanta metro area since 2017. I acquired my skills through a real estate investment firm, where I provided off-market properties with the best returns for my investors. I obtained my real estate license on January 15, 2020, to begin flipping houses myself.

Background: I served in the Army for over 10 years, and the only way I know how to conduct business is the right way. My success comes from implementing standard operational procedures to ensure a smooth and successful closing.

I have sold over 100 properties in the last three years in wholesale transactions, and only 12 properties as a licensed real estate agent (January 2020 - May 2020).
