Eric graduated with a BBA in marketing from James Madison University, and has worked extensively in advertising. He began his real estate career in 2003. Eric teamed up with The Creig Northrop Team of Long and Foster in 2008, and became a top producer of a team that went on to becoming the top producing team in the entire nation 3 times, which is the most in history.

In that capacity he won many awards, including: Executive Club member, Rookie of the year, Directors Club member, Top agent in company for units and volume, Executive Club member, Platinum Club member;
and Master's Club member. Eric is also an experienced real estate investor, who owns several rental properties; and who bought, renovated and sold many other properties as well.
