Eric is very responsive. He replied to my messages in timely manner, even in the late evening. Eric is a professional agent. He suggested that the house should be shown during the Memorial Day weekend right after the house was ready to be on the market. His reason is that it can attract potential buyers coming to town. His prediction is accurate. We received a reasonable offer, and the house was sold very quickly
