Eric asked what we were looking for and quickly focused on only those properties. He let us think about properties without pushing us, but nudged us when we found the property that met our criteria. With Eric's advice/help we moved quickly to make an offer. Eric was super throughout the process, especially since we were coming from out of the area each time we looked at properties.

Eric Hatch is the best Broker in this area. We met with other agents but after our meeting with Eric we immediately felt sure he could find us a great home and give us the best advice along the way. He stuck with us as we toured many houses.. We never felt like he didn't have time for us or that he was to busy. He has a lot of experience in remodeling homes and his advice on what we could do to make each house be even better was like a episode of HGTV. Even after the purchase of our home he has checked in to see how things are going. It feels like Eric is part of the family. We recommed Eric Hatch to everyone we know because he is professional, knowelegable, and a overall great person.
