My name is Erica Laucius and I am a Managing Broker with Prime Real Estate Group in Spokane, Washington (also licensed in Idaho). I work directly with the Owner/Designated Broker at Prime, Melissa Murphy. Our collective experience, knowledge and passion for real estate is simply unmatched in the industry. In 2022, Melissa's Elite Team, of which I am a member, closed over $54 million in sales helping buyers and sellers alike. I have represented buyers and sellers in everything from starter homes to multi-million dollar luxury properties.

I currently serve as a member of the Communications Committee and a member of the Membership Committee at Spokane Association of Realtors.
I began my career on one of the top producing teams (International Presidents Elite '19-21) for Coldwell Banker in the Bellevue/Seattle market where we specialized in high-end, luxury properties including waterfront!
