Being new homebuyers we had no idea what to look out for when buying a new house for the long run. Erica helped us figure out what to look for and found several options in our price range. She’s very informative and understanding of your situation and we would 100% use her again.

Erica was amazing. My initial request was 5+ bedrooms in a nice neighborhood. I sent Erica some of the ones I found and she searched for others within the area. We looked at every single one. I wasn't happy with the cost of some and the looks of others, so she found a builder. She showed me the floor plans and it had everything I wanted. When something wasn't right with the construction she addressed it immediately with the builders and answered every question I had no matter now late I texted her. In the end I got a new built home with everything I asked for. If you want an agent who cares about her clients and works hard to get you want you want she's your agent. Make sure you ask her opinion (you don't have to, but I did), because she saved me a lot of money by doing comparisons to the other houses in the neighborhoods we looked in. Some houses were overpriced and others were priced low because the inside of the house wasn't up to par. Thanks Erica.
