I am a local area Realtor and have been since 2008. I spent 10 years prior to my real estate career supporting the US Army working for a contract support business. At present, I am the President-Elect for the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors. I was born in Pueblo, Co, however, I grew up as a child of the military moving around. I moved to Central Texas at the young age of 20 years old to attend Central Texas College. This is when I met my husband David. Together we have three children, two are graduates of CCHS and our youngest attends CCHS. Hard work, determination, communication and teamwork play a fundamental part in the role of a Realtor. I believe these values have motivated me as a leader, as a Realtor, and as a mom. As a Realtor, I have dedicated myself to helping make CENTEX Priority Real Estate a strong and thriving company!

Buying a new house can be a stressful process but I was blessed to be able to have Erica McPhail as my realtor from CENTEX Priority Real Estate, to guide me through the entire process with ease. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and has a great sense of humor, which is very calming when unpredictable situations arise. (In real estate anyone who’s ever sold and/or bought a house knows all too well the scramble to bring everything together and the unexpected hurdles along the way) I moved from Ohio to Texas and many times Erica was my “eyes “ and toured homes for me and sent me YouTube videos of each house with her professional input. I now have a beautiful new house in Copperas Cove Texas and I thank the Good Lord for Erica McPhail!
