I'd like to thank Kathy for all the help she did during the house purchase. She worked really hard on helping us select the right house. One thing I would like to highlight is that she drove to the houses and inspected them from the outside before we even proceeded with the formal inspection. I think this is an example of a realtor going above and beyond. As this was my first purchase in OH, I needed much more guidance and she patiently educated me on various things. I would strongly recommend Kathy if you are looking for an honest and an invested realtor to work with you!
